We are an East Tennessee excavation and construction company founded by Kyle Pope in 2013 and based in Sevierville. We provide land clearing, excavation and site prep, foundations, utility work, grading and retaining walls, and septic installation. Read more about us.
Since 2013. We started as a landscaping and hardscaping company, moved into cleanup, demolition, foundations, and septic work after the 2016 wildfires, and have grown from there. We are a team of seven.

Yes. We clear lots, prepare sites, dig footers, and build foundations, so one contractor can take a project from raw ground to a finished foundation. See land clearing and foundations.
We build footers, poured concrete walls, CMU block walls, and flatwork concrete. Waterproofing and drainage are part of our foundation scope, with waterproofing handled through trusted subcontractors. Learn more on our foundations page.
Yes. We install new septic systems and repair drain fields. Most projects start with an approved design and permit, and we can tell you what to line up if you are unsure. See septic installation and drain fields.

Yes. We do grading, sloping, and block retaining walls, which are common needs on East Tennessee hillsides. See grading & retaining walls.
On turnkey projects, Kyle manages a team of trusted subcontractors for framing, roofing, and insulation. Our own crew handles the excavation, concrete, and site work.

Homeowners and property owners are welcome. Much of our past work has been turnkey contracts for general contractors, and we are expanding our work with individual homeowners.
Typically yes. We work through the winter in most conditions. Very wet ground, snow, or extreme cold can slow some work, such as hammering rock.
