Turnkey Foundations, Start to Finish
Because we are an excavation company first, we dig our own footers and prepare our own sites. That removes one of the biggest handoff problems in construction: the excavator and the foundation crew each assuming the other one checked something. On our projects, one team carries the foundation from the first scoop of dirt through the finished slab or wall.

Most of our foundation work has been turnkey contracts for general contractors, including residential foundation builds. We are now expanding to work directly with homeowners and property owners as well. Foundations in the Smoky Mountain foothills are rarely simple. Steep lots and rocky ground often mean retaining walls, stepped footers, and careful drainage. We pair our foundation crew with our grading and retaining wall work so the whole site works together.
Beyond the Foundation
Kyle can also manage the work that comes after the foundation, such as framing, roofing, and insulation, through a team of subcontractors he has built relationships with and trusts. We handle the contracting, and our subcontractors do the specialty work. If you only need the foundation, that is fine too.
